I really like how it looks so far. Some things that could make it even better would be some slight beveling of the edges just so the edges aren’t so crisp, and maybe some bumping of a few sections to make it look battle-worn! Then, as I said in class, I think that making the grip area a bit bigger/ giving it more of a width difference from the general handle of the mace would add a lot.
HI! I think the overall shape of this mace is great, I just think the handle area could be a bit longer. Also, I think a bit of detail can be added to the mace to break up the gray a bit; whether that be adding some detail with normal maps and albedo or adding some dents to make it look like it was used. Overall, good job 🙂
It looks nice and put together, but the plain gray is kind of boring. Some details and patterns, or even a different color, may add to the mace and make it more interesting.
Going off what I said in class, it would definitely be cool to see some more detail on the blade / mace part things. Maybe scuff or like some design etched into it.
I really like the shape/model of the mace! one suggestion would be too make the bottom of the handle kind of round, since right now it seems too flat at the base.
