I added a few new textures and fixed the normal maps on every material so it looks prettier. I decided to focus on making a library and start thinking about an atmosphere that can be described as both cold and cozy. Future plans include additional furniture, a fireplace, and maybe a chandelier or a simple candlestick holder for light. I’ll also do curtains for the windows if I have the time.
Nice work with the floor. The normals really make the tiles pop. If you’re going to end up filling the room with furniture, I would suggest white-boxing/roughing out where things will be placed before modeling everything.
