If you’re making a witch’s hut I’m not sure they’d really have glass panes. Maybe add some shutters? super nit picky, your models are great otherwise.
The wood textures are working really well together. Do the buildings have second floors? If so, are there stairs or a ladder?
The most modular design I have seen. Has a dark, gritty feel to it. This could change to cozy with some lighting for sure! The windows are looking great! A lantern would look awesome in this style.
