For my project, I decided to base it off of the meme that is early YouTube tutorials and all the aspects that are joked about it today. This includes 009 Sound System, Notepad writing, and Unregistered Hypercam 2.
The controller I used was the GameCube controller. For the controls, you use the start button to start the video, pressing B switches it to a filterable video, where you can use the left joystick to change the level of pixelation. Using L and R switches between filtered and unfiltered audio. Pressing the D-pad causes a notepad image to appear in a random location. Finally, pressing the Z button causes the Unregistered Hypercam 2 watermark to appear.
Interesting idea, but I personally wasn’t too impressed. Maybe if I understood the meme better.
I understand the meme. This really goes back to 2005 Youtube coding tutorials. It would be cool if you could actually type things onto the notepad.
