The player starts out either in a cave or inside a store (bottom left) – somewhere indoors. I’d like to give the cave a try since I’ve never made one before. The ending treehouse (upper right) should have some indoor space.

They’ll probably reach the large rock on the right hand side first, where they can walk up a leaf to get a higher vantage point of the map.
A “village center” of sorts occupies the center of the map with a bakery, a restaurant, some seating, and other props that would suggest a gathering space.
Beyond that is a large lake that the player can only see but not cross. There will be a deck for them to walk on. I had a low poly rippling pond in one of my previous games so I’d like to make a similar water effect.
I haven’t yet figured out what the bottom right will look like, but likely some more maze-like structures with houses (residential area).
