I would like to introduce myself to the class. My name is Tim. I am 24 years old, and I am from New Jersey. I have not lived at home for a long time now though, and right now I am living at an apartment in Massachusetts. I completed my undergraduate degree at Worcester State University in computer science with a minor in mathematics. I have played sports my entire life, especially ice hockey, which I played at WSU and now at WPI.

I also have been a self taught IOS Developer for over four years now. Three of my apps are on the App Store, but I have made many more! My real job right now is at a company called Vangarden where I am a data compliance technician.

I also am very good at drawing/sketching. I have a bunch of my drawings available as quick videos that I will attach below!

My practice intention in this course into use skills like these and other skills that I have learned (or that I will learn) to get better at unity and making assets and objects for unity. I have messed around with Unity and Unreal before to try to teach them to myself, but would like to get much better at them.

Art and creative making are both very important to me and for my future. Most (if not all) of my many projects and hobbies include art in them. Art is a way to think outside the box, think differently about the user/player/viewer, and is perfect for making good things great!

I cannot wait to learn more about it this semester and hopefully come out better and more knowledgeable about its applications and uses!
