I ended up using a .gif image, so it can keep looping. I was worried that using .gif files might have a low resolution problem. But it seems good enough. Sounds and the scene in the window will begin to run right from the start. The window will open when the player tap on it. I wanted to use the proximity function at first. But the effect is not very good, It may be that the hardware is not very reliable because the ipad I use is an old model.
I’ve seen in Aero that there is an option to rotate object. At first, I thought that the animation could be done in Aero. But in the end I found that it seems that Aero can only rotate according to the center of the object. So I made the window opening animation in Maya and export the .fbx file from it.
At the same time, I also canceled the original wood texture and changed it to off-white. It seemed a little weird to me before with the white walls and the wooden window frames. So I looked at the windows of my own apartment and the whole window was grey. So I changed this fake window to off-white.
The background sound did make the virtual window looks so realistic! By the way I love the scene you chose.
