Finished game”Pick-a-dish”

First pass and playable. I’m very happy with the concept and game play. physics and triggering events needs to be reworked but overall very happy. I’ve completely dismissed the makey-makey quadrant layout after seeing how janky Unity is. “WOW!” All I’ll say is, I remember why I never use it and how I’ll never use it ever again. I do have some ideas on how I can make a new Makey-makey layout but I’ll need to order some putty that supports it. CHECK THIS OUT!!

For the game play, take a look.

Things to work on? Physics, Texture swapping, and triggering events. The rest is pretty much done. Oh and getting putty to do the makey makey things.

I was surprised by how good the artwork turned out for your game and how fun it looked!

What are your plans for polishing it up?

In my opinion, the game would be even more cool with extra food flying around everywhere!

I was reminded in this game of Crayon Physics. The way the knives are connected and the action or movement that creates is really interesting. And, the way that you took advantage of what could have been a mistake, the way the food went flying, was brilliant. This is an intriguing game.
