Its been a while since my last official post due to some unforeseen technological difficulties. Its been a little hard to update a blog post without any visual representation of my art. The pictures seen in this post still will not be up to the standard I would prefer because I have to take them with a front facing camera, so bear with me.
Obviously I still need to finish polishing by building a pedestal to hide my wire, but I am really happy with the progress, and it is starting to look really cool.
I also finally decided on a lace to display my piece. I reached out to my ceramics and sculpture teacher from high school and she said that I could add my piece to one of the galleries we have there to display student art, so I am very excited to bring home my piece when I go home over break.
