My concept makes use of high power lasers aimed at prisms which will refract the lasers in various ways. The lasers will be mounted on a flat surface along with a set of prisms. I plan to have an interactive component to this project, most likely by putting the prisms on a rotating platform, but there are many other ways to add an interactive component. Below are some schematics and ideas for ways to accomplish my goals.
I have a lot of other ideas for this project, and I think that I want to make multiple variants of it even if they are not all for the class. One way that I can easily have multiple variants is by making the prisms swappable. I think this idea has lots of potential and I cannot wait to experiment with different configurations.

Hi Nathan, I like the ideas of being able to choose different colored lasers and prisms. Will the output mainly be seeing how the lasers reflect inside the prism box or will the lasers go into prism box and project onto wall behind?
Please be extra careful while playing with lasers. Anything higher than 5mw can pose a safety hazard.
