As can be seen in the video, the circuit is working! The microphone has been integrated into the circuit, and the lights react to noise. A loud clap is intended to trigger the effect, but since I had one free tapping, the mic works instead of clapping. The issue was ultimately a missing common ground on the Arduino. However, a new breadboard, wires that fit better in the holes, and an adequate power supply helped make the circuit more stable and consistent. The next steps are to build the actual cloud structure from polyfill and wire; however, the functional aspect of my project is complete.
