Since I changed my idea from my initial plan I am a little behind, however I have made some success and countered some potential problems.

After looking over a lot of LED Matrices and LCD Screens I chose one of each and ordered them along with a Raspberry Pi Zero. I am still waiting for the LED Matrix and Raspberry Pi Zero, however the LCD Screen has arrived. The LCD screen so far seems like it will work perfectly with the picture I purchased, however I had only been able to try it with my computer so we will see if that changes with the Raspberry Pi Zero. Currently, the biggest potential concern I see is that the Raspberry Pi will be unable to drive both the LED Matrix and the LCD screen simultaneously, but I am hopeful.
