Mostly, my project is going well. However, there are a few issues I’m having. First, the grid I ordered was bent in shipping, not a lot, but enough for me to never be able to unsee it. Then I found that my wire management idea of printing hooks was not great.

I also found it really hard to settle on one design idea for the grid. Picking a theme was really hard, but I ended up settling on “Southwest Canyon River”. I really like the earth tones I can get, and blue is a striking color to contrast that warmth. I made a few more mock-ups to try and feel out the theme.

I’ve reordered the grid and found that some screw lock carabiners work much better!
