Everything Working

Although I have not yet begun assembling my project due to an intense ROTC schedule over the past couple of weeks, I am now entering the final stretch with all necessary components in place. I am fully prepared to assemble the physical piece within the time I have allotted to finishing it this weekend.

All technical and material challenges have been addressed. I have successfully photographed the stained glass windows using a high-resolution camera, and I have secured access to editing software, printing services, framing materials, and lighting components. The direction my final piece is taking is a high-resolution printed image framed and mounted on a backing board with cutouts aligned to the windows, allowing light to pass through and hopefully simulate the look of the windows being illuminated.

This weekend, I will focus on assembling the frame, cutting the backing board, and experimenting with both natural and LED lighting options to determine which produces the most effective and immersive result. With clear direction, materials secured, and time now available, all elements are aligned—and I am confident the project will come together as planned.

Below are my favorite pictures I took on site. I am currently deciding which ones to pursue.
