Being in the inspiration phase of my project has encouraged failure; on the contrary, I found a few new directions that I can go into. One of them being this manipulation of lights and patterns using geometric shapes capable of reflecting light and the vision of a typical camera.
Tools such as the color polyhedron and the crystal pyramid can yield some stunning imagery of Worcester as shown by the top left image of the trees see from different color perspectives.

I think the items you brought to class were really cool, I think you could definitely come up with something cool with the cube or crystal/spotlight. If you want to do something with the fabric strips, I’m not sure it needs to be completely dark. I’m sure the camera exposure makes the environment look darker.
