After I figured out my peg situation I just about worked 24 hours straight on just making pegs. and i had to continue to make adjustments. I ended up cutting the pegs shorter. I originally planned to make 2-3 pegs out of each glue stick but when you think about it, if I did 6 per stick, that would cut my time in half. i wouldnt normally care but… it took me 24 hours making pegs that I was cutting into TEN pegs. I dont even want to know how many hours it would have taken me with my original idea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

here was the file I use at the laser cutter. I put the plain circle cut into the software but while I was waiting for it to cut I started organizing what pegs would go where. I did this by putting a layer under the cut file and manually going in and color coding the circles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
