Mockup, Sketch

Questions:
•My concept is the interaction of colors in everyday actions and objects and capturing that with photography, any recommendations of how to improve the mockups or other type of ideas of how to express this?
•I’m debating what is the best way to make the light in the photos, LED programming, drawing myself, or still light attached to certain parts of the subjects.
• Does anyone know of good LED materials for each of the options?
I find light photography so cool, and I really like your idea of layering multiple pictures together that have different colored tones. I think that colored gels over your light source will be the best way to get the effect you are after in a cost effective way. I also think this would be able to play off of the photos you took to try it out. The photos you have already are really cool and I am excited to see how you continue to develop your idea.
I really like your concept that you explained in class with the three figures and the bench, its a very provocative idea you can tie it to a lot of underlying messages, but that being said, do you have a sort of idea in mind of what you want the piece to represent, or it is more of a like for fun. If you deicide to do more of a light painting project however, there is a really cool thing that you can do with neon LED light strips, and that’s make light fog, here is a video resource on materials for it.

I’m not too familiar with photography or how light can effect the camera, but I would suggest figuring out where you want these photos to be taken, and take pictures of the area, then draw in the effects. It might help you decide which concept/lighting technique you want to try.
I love both of your concepts, and think their compositions are really thought provoking. What background are you thinking of for either concept? Do you have any ideas for where they will be shot?
