I wanted to create an artwork something inspired by Carnovsky. The RGB artworks have made me very intrigued and have 3 somewhat similar concepts. So, since I have a limited budget, due to personal reasons, for this project, I was thinking the first concept would be a disc with an animated frames shown, something like a zoetrope. Pretty simple, but when thinking about concept 2, I thought maybe to create an art piece themed with Carnovsky, very simple as well. When it came to Concept 3, if making Concept 1 and 2 be simple to make things more interesting I thought that if maybe combining concept 1 and 2 together, you get a zoetrope with animation frames in RGB colored layers with a RGB lightbulb to control the filters. I have wanted to create the layers as a “process” for an artist like me when it comes to animation. Red – skeleton, Blue – body sketch, and Green – a woman dressed in traditional kyrgyz dress. Concept 3 is more ambitious for sure, but will I be able to execute it?

RGB Lightbulb, plain paper, spinning bearing of some sort, lamp, tape, scissors, and glue.
Artist Question: I know for sure that Concept 3 is the most interesting, but would I be able to execute it?
