Hi, I’m Michael Bragg. I’m from Billerica, Massachusetts. I’ve always been interested in art, and even participated in art lessons from when I was young. Since then, I’ve continued to take interest in art and still create my own projects. I’ve done some digital art, mostly in WPI courses where I’ve used Adobe Photoshop, Animate, and after effects.
Growing up I was very into sports, as I played three sports through high school, basketball, baseball, and soccer. These sports influenced many of my art projects, particularly basketball. Sneakers are a huge part of basketball, and I started painting sneakers mostly some of the earlier silhouettes in basketball, namely converse all stars and air force ones, as they allowed for a large blank canvas to paint on. Along with sports I’ve always been a big movie fan which is also apparent from a lot of my work as much of it features iconic movie characters.
More recently I’ve been interested in 3D printing, using both pre-existing files and creating my own through the use of CAD programs. Although frustrating at times, I’ve found a lot of joy in working around the obstacles of 3D printing and making some really cool pieces.

striking!
The stylisation on the shoes is cool. I’m always a big fan of the screen-printing style
Inventive! Using the show boxes to make the collage is a really cool way to reuse them, and it looks very good.
Impressive! I like how you are able to take your love for sports and express it into your art on sneakers. Your designs look so cool.
familiar: I am familiar with much of your work as I also enjoy sports and that particular industry. In addition to that, some of my projects also convey movie characters like my Incredible Hulk.
Detailed-
I am also a big harry potter fan, and as a proud Slytherin I have tried countless times to attempt the dark mark, all of which have failed miserably. The detail on A SHOE is extremally impressive and very well done.
Familiar- I’m really impressed by the custom converse shoes. I’ve done similar work with Air Force 1s and I know it takes a lot of time. I’m also familiar with the brand and characters in your other featured works. Great job!
