Setting up the shots

In getting successful tests I looked at a variety of locations and although there are some locations that would have looked beautiful, there were too many complications that would not allow for me to choose them.

For example if it was in a public place I would have to spend about 12 hours doing nothing but being with my camera. If I left then it could get stolen, or nudged by someone. I also needed it to take a photo at specific times. In the forest there was a highly likely chance that there would not be a fully steady camera the entire time.

The reason I chose to do the shots near my house are that I can still live my life for the day of getting the shots, as well as the risk of the camera getting bumped, or stolen were far less than anywhere else. I also see many shots that will still give me an interesting piece.

I could not link the photos for the test shoot without the camera, so I will link them below…

I would also clean up the house for the final shoot.
