During this last week, I made massive improvements to my project. The duel color tracking is working much smoother than it was before as I was able to trim off some redundant functions to help the code run faster. I also got some initial testing set up in my room, with a small projector and camera connected to my laptop projecting on a white sheet hanging from my wall.
However, I haven’t finished all of my technical issues. The last major hurdle I’m facing essentially has to do with the camera view not lining up with the projection, this causes the projected shadows to be offset. In my attempts to correct this, I accidentally added a mystery bug that causes the entire program to crash when run, and I’m currently in the midst of ironing out that problem. Hopefully, I will be done by next week and can start 3D modeling the props.
