My next idea came to me when I was playing Catan with my friends and we decided to turn off the lights and just play under the LEDs, the problem is when the (white) lights went out we could no longer tell colors apart. This piece would utilize this by having a box which people could place things in and then see what it might look like if they were color blind, I was also thinking about putting ‘Carnovsky’ like art onto the walls of the piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This Idea came to me after seeing the “DIET WIEGMAN” presentation in class, I thought about a box that people could shine their phone flashlights into and then after the light hits mirrors and colored something an image is ‘projected’ out the top. I was thinking about maybe making it require multiple people to use their phones on multiple sides or having different images based on the side shined in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I would love to do #1, but it requires 6 projectors (I have 1 already) and someway of driving them so if anyone has any ideas of doing this without breaking the banks thanks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Otherwise opinions on idea #2\/#3?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Concept #1 – Projector Tree This idea was inspired by a video of a custom controller with 6 VGA ports on it, but is quite cost prohibitive because it requires 6 projectors and a computer with 6 video outputs, but I do think it would be a cool idea.
