Who am I?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hi everyone, my name is Casey Gosselin. I\u2019m a senior double majoring in Robotics and Mechanical Engineering. I\u2019m from the small town of Northbridge Massachusetts, about 15-20 minutes south of Worcester. When I was younger, I enjoyed drawing and painting and eventually started taking art classes sometime in middle school. At one point, I wanted to be a full on artist when I grew up. Needless to say, time moved on and I realized I wanted to be an engineer. However, I still had an interest in art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I took the video production class at WPI, I recreated a scene from the film, Reservoir Dogs. This involved setting up multiple cameras, lighting, and creating props such as a homemade blood squib. Each year at WPI, I\u2019ve created a different type of lamp sculpture. Freshman year I built a robot lamp that had several usb outlets and a phone holder. Sophomore year was a lamp built from an old Mathworks model rocket frame. Junior year was a 3D printed moon lithophane lamp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
