Modular Building Kit Texturing

I textured my building kit props in substance painter and then brought them into Unity. Here are some screenshots:

I put it in the same project as my greybox (that’s what’s in the upper left corner).
This is the desk prop that the player can use as cover. I can put desks next to each other to make wider desks. The panel of red buttons on the left is also tile-able in the same way.

the gold outline is the doorframe.
this is my window, with some wall tiles around it. The glass of the window is kind of see-through, but it doesn’t quite look how I want it to.
closer look at my wall tile prop

When I walked around my props using the first person character in unity, I realized that all the props are too big relative to the player. I also realized that my door and window props don’t tile very well with the walltile prop because they have odd-number dimensions. Finally, I received feedback in class that since all my props are metallic and shiny, The player might be blinded in a well-lit indoor environment. I plan to make adjustments to my props to fix all these issues.
