I utilized Mixamo to create the rig for my character and imported the animation and rig to Blender to create custom animations. I used the Mixamo to Blender addon to easily create the animation controls. The character has a looping Idle, an Idle to Alert, Standing Idle, and Alert back to Idle. The main idle animation will include a book that the NPC is reading and will be put down at their side when alert. I’m working on creating the standing idle more interesting as it is a basic Mixamo animation and one more interaction animation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
