Burning Memory – Fleet First Pass

Hey everyone meet Fleet, the brightest gem in the pit. I finally was able to implement my pit colliders and adjust the directional lightings to match up slightly with Fleet’s shiny gem. I used Maya to model Fleet and get the poly distribution with some changes to make them crystal like. I hope to add some cool animations in order to give more personality and expression to their character.

Fleet was designed to have a fire body while wearing a modern like jacket, boots and skinny snow pants. I have pictures close to the face for showing off the expressions and a shot of the back since the game is going to be third person. I also have made a little perky with a strange expression and currently a strange posture.

I have tested out Fleet with a light on the head which is showing some great initial results. I brought Fleet in to help with lighting and Fleet definitely fits the low poly world a lot better than Ethan can ever do. I am going to have Fleet be a way of adjusting the world and the world defining who Fleet is.

Currently it has been a blast using Fleet to help build the world and if you noticed there is another Fleet in the background, I hope that I could make more of a world down here and I really want to do that if I have any extra time.
