My final project is titled “Us Humans are More Alike than we are Different.” The theme of this project is connection, and I wanted to show what makes us humans all alike, and what connects all of us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I tried to make my project kind of like a game show, where the two players are presented with a series of questions or statements that they can agree or disagree with. Unfortunately, I was unable to finish my input for the project, I was in the process of making a board kind of similar to an old style arcade with an agree and a disagree button for each player. I got put into isolation recently and didn’t take the supplies I needed with me, so for now I just used my keyboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I used Max for my project, but most of the text boxes were made with Adobe Photoshop, converted into PNGs, and cycled through using a playlist in Max. I reused the video_player patch from the meme sketch project for the check mark animations. I was planning on using the MaKey MaKey kit and its respective patch, but like I said earlier sadly my input did not get done. Another thing I used a lot was if statements, mainly to get info from how the players answered and output the proper visuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
