Hello, I am Stanley Cliche. I am an Interactive Media and Game Development major and I plan to have a career in the entertainment industry. TV and movies were one of the earliest and most effective ways I learned about societal and cultural norms, and I am often amazed by its potential for storytelling. I have been amazed by several TV shows and movies my entire life and hope to eventually tell my own stories. I have taken many courses within the IMGD department focusing on programs like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, and ZBrush. As well as a couple in programming (Python and Java). One of the projects I am proud of is a character made as my reinterpretation of the Merlin character from Arthurian mythology.
A clay model of a character from the Netflix show Kipo and the Age of the Wonderbeasts.

Some background and character art created through Adobe Photoshop. I have become more familiar with these programs but need to improve my grasp on illustration. The following were for projects in IMGD 3700 – Concept Art and Creative Illustration:
The first one is a cast of characters centered around a theme.

The second one is a turnaround for a character I plan to develop.

The third is a scene I thought would be cool for a story.

Also since I was a child I have I focused on tactile art by crafting figurines and I have tried to expand that skillset into ceramics and sewing. I still develop sewing by fixing some of my family’s items such as pillows, although my stitch work is not strong enough for pants.

I think your art is really creative and it’s cool that you’ve tried different mediums!! I am giving you the inventive badge
