For the final project, I will be creating an investigative interface in which two participants must perform a sort of brain surgery puzzle in which they reconnect someone’s thoughts and mind to their body.
Player 1 will control an Arduino interface in which they use an x-y grid controller built from a tilt sensor and touch potentiometer to investigate puzzle icons and gather information about where they must reconnect the patients neurons.
Player 2 will use a Makey Makey interface in which they close the circuit for specific keyboard inputs in the correct order in order to reconnect the patients neurons. Neither player can see the other’s interface and so they must verbally communicate what they see and what information they have in order to find the correct neuron combination, kind of like “Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes”. If they fail, then it’s lights out for the patient.

I really like the concept for this project. Will there be sounds for the game?
If it’s easier, you could implement your game in another program like Unity. Alternately, you can also use javascript within the js object in Max to organize your game logic.
I really like this idea, I think it would be a lot of fun if you lean into a cartoony/chaotic vibe kinda like surgeon simulator
I really like the concept! How will you be constructing the flex sensor to get both x and y coordinates?
Nice concept! Looking forward for the vfx!
