My meme remix is based off of two pieces of media that bring me immense joy: The “Dancing” meme that is just videos of individuals doing goofy groovy dances, and a short video of a man saying “I’m a piece of lettuce” that my friends and I often reference. I made a few short clips of audio from the lettuce video that I want to use as an instrument almost to play along with different dancing videos with the dancing audio playing alongside it all. Overall I want the piece to be an interactive playable machine with a lettuce button, a few controls for the music itself, and visual distortion modifiers.

I find the original clip to be quite humorous. I also think that the clip randomly appearing in the dancing video would make for a good meme.
The edited clips fit so well with the zoom effect it makes the constant moving and dancing coordinated! Your wide use of different effects was very neat and engaging
Putting I am a piece of lettuce to the dancin theme is definitely a great concept. I have started to sing that song out loud and it works very well.
I am mostly dumbfounded. I do not know what to say since I am not sure if I am aware of many memes.
I like the idea of having lettuce as a controller. Could imagine it look ultra impactful when coming true.

I think these two ideas would be hilarious to see together. And I’ve never heard someone say “I’m a piece of lettuce” so nonchalantly before!
