The symbol itself visualizes being here and now and serves as a reminder to be aware of the present moment. The mirrored water drop symbol represents time as the past and future with the center being the present we are anchored to making the past and future just an illusion. The drawing on the left is my initial version and the one on the right is the version I intend to cut with including a hole so I can place it on my keychain and rounded edges so it will not get caught on anything or cut anything.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For my first drawing I decided to create the mindfulness symbol.
