For the layers project, I took a 3D model of my face and made a hunting trophy plaque with it. This was done with Fusion Slicer which I used to get an adequate design that was then imported to Inkscape. I then cut this and the plaque I made into some wood from the makerspace and MDF, which was chosen due to its light color and lack of detail. I then used wood glue and other adhesives to combine all the layers into a single piece. The glasses are removable and just a fun little addition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
