For my lantern project, I wanted to base the theme around a game that I had played in the past called Okami. I thought the art style might look interesting when translating to a lantern. I tried to find the right balance between cut and structure to make sure the piece allowed light through but still retained aspects of it’s original design. I glued each side of the cube together after it was cut except the top so the light could be placed inside. I bought an electric light online to put inside to light up the piece. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
