I have finished laying out all the pieces I intend to use. I have also played around with parchment paper and fairy lights and I like the effect it has so far both at a distance and up close. The next steps I’ll have to take will be the kerf compensations and other adjustments so that I can put together my pieces with minimal to no glue. If anyone has any suggestions in general about the project, I am happy to hear them. I have two questions that I am currently wondering about. 1) Should I keep the moon and if so how would I go about adding it to the current design. 2) Would painting the trees or adding an engraving on the trees or at the top take away from the piece or add to it? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
