For this work in progress I created the design in illustrator with 5 different sizes of infinity symbols. I intend to cut 2 of each size besides the smallest. I then will glue them together to make an hourglass shape sculpture. The image on the left is what it would look like from a top view and the image on the right is the layout I will be using to cut the Baltic birch wood with the laser cutter for minimal waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
