Above is my Layers project featuring the character Groot from guardians of the galaxy. In total it has four layers to it and can be hanged up on a wall by a super glued hook on the back. One challenge that I encountered while making this was different lines being identified as raster instead of vector which resulted in a file change (SVG to PNG) to correct this which did alter the image slightly. This cause the laser cutting and gluing to be difficult as the parts never fully aligned.

This was my second project, the lanterns project. I made mine based off of a bee design, using a lot of hexagons and a bee on each side. This is due to my IQP being bee related and I am about to leave for that. I really enjoyed this project and incorporating shadows and light in the final lamp design, this can be seen well in the phot on the right. The lights are simple LEDs meant to resemble the bees in the hive.

This was my third and final project, the altered toys project. It features Bulbasaur (Bluebasaur) from Pokémon but instead of a plant bulb on top it is a blueberry. I made this in TinkerCAD along with a few other prototypes. The concept was based on how nearly everything in the Pokémon universe can be a Pokémon so the question of where foods come from is there, my thought is its kind of like a plant where they can fall of/be picked.
