For this project I’d like to utilize a variety of different plants and leafs and make it appear as though they are overgrowing outside a frame. I have a bunch of plants and I’ve always loves caring for them and making sure they are “perfect”, so having these overgrown plants reminds me that nothing is perfect and to see the beauty in imperfection. I was inspired by the designs shown below:

    How do you plan on managing your layers after laser cutting?

      I plan to add much more detail to each layer and perhaps connect the separate leaves with lines and branches

      I am planning on using cardboard or card stock to save money and painting when it is complete

    What were your thoughts when choosing what shapes of leaves to draw in this project?

      Honestly I didn’t have much though when choosing the leaves. I knew I wanted to include monstera leafs, but other than that I was just drawing abstract shapes.
