My lantern project, created using Solidworks and printed in PLA, embodies a nature-inspired theme with geometric flowers. To enhance its visual appeal, I painted the exterior and interior in contrasting shades of blue, adding depth to the project while preserving its simplicity and symmetry.
I remember you presenting this in class when it was still unpainted, and I think the paint really makes it come together! You can definitely see the flower design a lot better now and I think it looks so good!
