Here is my finished layers project. For a recap I laser cut a piranha plant from Mario and stacked the pieces on top of each other to give depth. I kept running into issues of when I would cut some pieces they would fall through the grate of the laser cutter. Additionally it was a little hard to figure out where each piece went when assembling. Overall I like how it turned out and it now hangs on the wall in my dorm.
