Here’s my altered toy. I wanted to make something that doesn’t require supports, so I found a turtle that lays flat. I altered its feet (…not sure if that’s the right word for a turtle) and made them flames. Ironic since turtles are so slow 😀 My original idea was Olaf, but I thought the supports required might be too complicated for my first 3D print

I think it would be pretty cool to see you implement the fire theming more on the turtle itself
I like the colors, but I believe the part would only be printed in one color, I could be wrong though. Maybe you could paint it or find another way to make the flames on the legs to stand out.
I notice the detail on the shell. I enjoy the symmetry. Do you plan on using color in your final product? I really like the flames as the legs for the turtle.
I like the idea of the turtle with fire. Are you planning on painting the part when it is done printing? What inspired the flame idea? I agree with Alex that it would be nice to see more flame integration into the rest of the turtle or see similar related themes integrated into the turtle. It kind of reminds me of the lion turtles from Avatar maybe you could include some of the design choices from that in this too?
How do you plan to incorporate color if at all print in different colors or paint?
I love the colors you chose! Do you plan on splitting the model up based on color to print it or will you be printing it all at once and painting it?
I love the irony between the turtle and flames.
Do you plan to add colors to this after its printed?
The flatness of the bottom makes it look like its floating on water. I think you could get some blue acrylic and make a cool looking base.
