Layers Project

I made rangoli, which is art that is created using colored sand and sometimes other materials too during festivals. I used acrylic to make the layers and then I used superglue to stick them.

I used acrylic to make the lantern and used a small flashlight from a pen for the light source. I made some warli (a tribal art from Maharashtra) designs for the sides. I wanted to have multiple colors and so I made every design have a different color.

I made a monopoly token for my sister with her initials. I’m going to make one for everyone in my family because we used play monopoly a lot. I used solidworks to CAD the design. It shows one initial from one side and when you turn to a side it shows the other.
