My name is Samuel Kierstead. I am from Plymouth, MA. I am pursuing mechanical engineering and love working with my hands. All my work is tangible and usually requires a steady hand and a bit of patience. I have taken a AR1100 but am looking to expand my computer art skills and explore other mediums.
One relatively new hobby that I have been exploring is carving. I either carve with wood or Sign Foam which is a very dense type of foam used in commercial signage, and pumpkins! Another fascination of mine is 3D printing, most of my designs serve a mechanical purpose and are a test of my 3D design and modeling skills.
