For my second drawing, I used the “trace bitmap” feature in Inckscape to trace this plane. I then added vector engraving to the plane to create more detail once cut.

For my third drawing I changed the example code values, and added a second loop which created the ellipses in the middle. I changed the color of the vectors to blue and added an outer rectangle in retina engrave before cutting. With these steps I never had to pull the drawing through Inkscape.
