I had other plans for the design but it got a tad complicated. This is shown below from the original sketch and painted sketch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> I started to get some more &#8220;Daft Punk&#8221; vibes from the drawing as I started to get closer to the end. I added more rings of engraving as well that utilized trigonometric functions to choose the positions. I had attempted to write code that would randomly draw a cube like cut out for the piece, but the code was getting very messy too quickly, and p5.js didn&#8217;t seem to be compatible with my code, so I was unable to use it. However, I ended off by creating a curved edge for the piece alongside the rest of the geometric edges.
