\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For my lantern project I made a 5&#8243; cube with two laser cut layers on each side and a spray painted acrylic pane behind them. I was inspired by cool rowing pictures I had and wanted the colored light to be shown in the sky and reflected in the water. The hard part was definitely figuring out where to put the reflections! Inside I have LEDs wrapped around the bottom half of a plastic water bottle because it was too small for a lightbulb!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped something, kind of an upgrade from sand :). I just got added to the basic user group yesterday though and it won&#8217;t get printed in time before I leave so I&#8217;ll probably ask my friend at home to do it.
