Hi! My name is Imogen Barnes and I am originally from Bristol, England. I moved to Michigan when I was young, then moved to Connecticut in 6th grade, and now I\u2019m here in Worcester!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have always enjoyed making art since a young age, and I am currently working on my pen and ink techniques. Recently I\u2019ve become interested in making these \u2018shadow boxes,\u2019 where I layer my drawings in a box to create depth (I will attach some examples of my work in my portfolio).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other than drawing\/painting, I love to make music! I am a guitarist and played some shows when I was in high school. I am currently in the jazz band here at WPI and I hope to join\/create a gigging rock band sometime while I\u2019m here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m really looking forward to creating art with all of you this term!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
