For my lantern design, I got inspired by brainstorming with Mandy. My design is a dissolving honeycomb pattern and I added 2 bees that are supposed to be on opposite sides (I need to fix it), and one bee on top! I intend to stain the wood a dark brown or black color, and then to attach some sort of yellowish paper (or some other material) on the inside of the board, to give a “black and yellow” illusion. I bought a black lamp base and warm vintage lightbulb to go inside. I think this will look perfect on my bedside table! The little cut-outs on the bottom are feet and a place where the lamp cord can go through. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
My question for you guys is what kind of material do you suggest I use on the inside?
