For this project I was really inspired by the more traditional lantern\/ boxes we looked at and after thr organic design of my last project I wanted to do soemthing more geometric. My plan is to have the mountians wrap around the entire piece instead of each panel looking like its own design. The top part being the sun is plannned like that to have the main circle be cut out and double as the method to be able to access the inside of the box. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am going back and forth about what kind of light source to use on the inside (and color or no color) and exactly which parts of the mountians are going to be engraved vs cut out for the light to shine through so opinions on either of those are appreciated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
