I used a Charmander 3D model and added other models I found for sunglasses and a microphone in TinkerCad.

Sunglasses: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/a367IcaEfeA-sunglasses
Microphone: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/2tdzmuizh93-prop-microphone
Then I loaded the model into MeshMixer and lowered the poly count. There were some errors with self intersection in the model which I found with Inspector in Analysis tab of MeshMixer, so I put the model in ZBrush and used the ZModeler brush to fix parts. Then I put it back in MeshMixer and used Make Solid to fully clean up the model and merge it all to be ready to print. I plan to print it with the Ultimaker 3 on high detail. It is about 2 inches high and is estimated to take 3 1/2 hours.
The Diamond Head model would have been impossible to remove all the supports. I also tried making a drift car, but it also proved problematic with the wheels being too detailed.

This little dude is sick. With the wheel issue, if you wanted to just scrap the premade wheels and make your own simpler version it might be able to print. As for the charmander dude, I think it would be really cool if you hollowed him out and placed a speaker inside the body, maybe adding a hole in the mouth for the sound to come out of or a small set of holes in the stomach to have music play from inside. Just an idea.
Wow! I agree with Amanda that it would be cool to put a mini speaker so that Charmander can sing! I’m not sure if that’ll be a bit difficult, but it would end up really cool.
Hi! I also think incorporating a speaker would be a cool addition to the piece. I think if it gets to complicated to try and incorporate a speaker into the Charmander, having the Charmander standing on speakers or next to some could work too.
To go off of the classmates ideas, a hollow tail to add lights into would be super cool!
This is super cool. you seem to have put a lot of thought into the printing aspect of this which is great. I would love to hear more about why you chose this charecter and what it means to you.
Hi Sameer! I think these are both really cool! Supports can be a pain, and something that you could possible look into as part of the post print process is using acetone (nail polish remover) to smooth out the design
This is amazing! I’m sure it will look great sitting on a desk or a shelf! Even though we have limited options for color of the filament, I think it would look super cool with this metallic red filament, with the sunglasses and microphone painted black.
Hi Sameer! I highly appreciate your design as I still love Pokemon! If I can suggest something, maybe finding some black metallic acrylic paint to use would add awesome dimension and compliment your piece!
