I used the rounded box design from Boxes.py: https://www.festi.info/boxes.py/RoundedBox?language=en. Then I cut out my robot design on the front face which is frosted acrylic. I colored the small cut out pieces black with sharpie and used a piece of clear tape to secure them in place. Then I placed RGB fairy lights on the inside for the light source. The piece is 9.5cm wide, 14.5 cm tall and has a depth of 8cm.

Hi! I appreciate the use of the rounded box for the piece. I also noticed how the placement of the lights act as another layer to the piece.
Hi! I notice the similicity of the amount of lines on the front plate but how they still create a very (opinion) character. How do you plan to access the inside of the box if the lights battery die?
Hi Sameer! I appreciate the use of LEDs in the box. With the hazy acrylic, the bulbs are more defined and it creates a nice futuristic look. What made you choose a round box?
Hi Sameer! I noticed that you choose to use white lights for your piece and think it came out really nice! For any future pieces like you mentioned in class, I think small variations to the lights, character design and box size would create a really fun collection.
Hi! I notice how you can see the shape of the oval that the LEDs make behind the acrylic, and I appreciate how it adds that extra detail making it look more futuristic! Are you planning on adding LED access in this piece?
I really appreiciate how you used the black in the outline to make your piece more defined and I love that you used what you had, it seems to have worked out really well! I think it would be really cool if you could get the light strip inside to change colors continuously.
